Triple Gems in Essence (Advanced course for practitioners)

This is a more advanced course that provides a way of understanding Buddha's core teaching in a framework that has 3 components. Now, the ultimate objective in Buddhism is to realise nibbana: it's the only way out of dukkha. But the average mundane mind is not able to see Dhamma and realise nibbana. So the first component in the practice is to know, understand and develop the mental conditions necessary for the mind to be able to see Dhamma. Second component is to train the mind to recognize, realise and internalize its real nature: that it is impermanent, in dukkha and has no self. And third, which is the hardest, is for the mind to realise how to let go of craving for and clinging to, sense delights and the I-ego. This was conducted in Singapore Buddhist fellowship in July 2015.
